This is a new video just released that has been identified as being taken by Loughner after he was suspended from the Pima Community College.

The man behind the camera walks through a dark campus parking area toward the school.

"All right, so here's what we're doing. We're examining the torture of
students. We're looking at students who have been tortured, their
low-income pay in two wars. The war that we are in right now is
currently illegal under the Constitution. What makes it illegal is the
currency. The date is also wrong."

So begins the rambling video tour of Pima Community College that campus
police say got Jared Loughner suspended from the school last fall.
Administrators told him he could not return without a mental evaluation
proving he "does not present a danger to himself or others."

Alex Jones is in his voice. Alex Jones from Austin, TX is a major Whack Job. So, this dude was crazy, no two ways about it. Obvious. But he had open backing from Glenn Beck, and Instructions from Sarah Palin, and all the Teabagger White Supremest. But no two ways about, he is a follower of Alex Jones, and Alex Jones should be behind bars to make America a safer place for Normal People to live.

...one of the so called Constitutionalists-Teabagger, that have no concept of the American Constitution beyond the 1st, 2nd and some the 10th Amendments. They think the 14th dosen't count, and Loughner is obviously opposed to the 14th Amendment. "By golly, they tryin' to make black and brown people as good as me!"

The guy is definitely unstable. The people that say his crime was not politically motivated need to think again... all of the evidence coming out proves otherwise. All we need is one person (Palin) to plant an idea... and then that plants the seed for the murders which took place. Freedom of Speech? Yes!! And we ALL must be
responsible for what we say. Is Fox "News" dangerous? Hell YES IT IS!!

No one believes in the Freedom of Speech any more than me, but I also believe with that freedom there is a Responsibility along with it. FOX is living proof that all adults don't believe in responsible reporting, so we need to reinstate, and strengthen the Fairness Doctrine, dismissed by Reagan so that his friends and clients could lie, bend, and mislead to make his agenda possible, and sell his products. We must remake it, make it mandatory to all Printed Word Publishers, and the Public Frequencies License include the consistently "Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth." If you can't back it and prove it is true, you must not broadcast it as if it is the truth. That may well put MSNBC out of business, but surely will put FOX out of business, and a lot of the misleading, points of the Beck, the Palin, the Hannity and the O'Reilly and Alex Jones too, who consistency lies, and says, "...but this is the truth."

I could not agree with you more on those points, my friend, and that is exactly what I was getting to. Thank you for eloquently stating it and making it ever so clear.

Yeah. He's watched way too many conspiracy videos during a very traumatic period in his life. I actually feel sorry for him now. *sigh*

I just hope he gets remanded to a state mental institution to get help before he gets tossed into jail for the rest of his life.

But after all you can not expect every nut head being a killer.
And because of that incident you can not start profiling every students that behaves nuts.

Weapons? Guess every applicant for a weapon should need to go to a license class where a mental and anger test is included.

If Loughner is mentally ill he might have been fine with some medications and counseling if he had got reported and treated in time!

Make no mistake my dear, "WE" Americans sold him a gun, sold him Ammunition for that gun, and a high capacity clip to feed death into that gun's breach. All he needed was the craziness to point it and shoot it. We Americans have to come out and say, CLEAR AND WITH CONFIDENCE, no assault weapons, no pistols, and absolutely, no cop killer ammo, and no high capacity clips for any weapon. It isn't even just the Republicans or Teabaggers fault, it is America's fault. We MUST change it. capacity clips weapon republicans teabaggers fault americas fault change Deadly Guns
We killed a little 9 year old girl to give NRA Rights to a nut-job, and took away the victims Rights. Wrong. We MUST change it.

Oh, Joe, sweetie, of course you are right. It breaks my heart that people died, but the little sweet girl was just too much. Yes, dear friend, WE MUST CHANGE IT We have to make gun control more strict. There is no reason for automatic or even semi-automatic weapons and 30 ammo clips, WTH, that is just insane.

I say weird because I know people, some his age, some my age and all in between that have voiced the very same thoughts. Kids that age think goofy stuff all the time. I wish there was some way to evaluate students and tell which ones are going to go all the way around the bend. Right now, I don't think there is.

He is not the important point here. The availability of deadly weapons is. If we follow him, we will again miss the point, exactly what the NRA wants you to do. Exactly what we did after Virginia Tech, Columbine and all the other mass murders in America.
He can be as nutty as a Loony-tune, a fruit-loop which in fact he was, but we put high capacity death in his crazy hands. That is the common denominator. The ready availability of weapons.
high capacity death crazy hands common denominator ready weapons Mass Murderer with guns high capacity death crazy hands common denominator ready weapons Mass Murderer

You can make all the laws against lawfully carried weapons you want to and you will not stop someone bent on getting a gun. You can get a gun anywhere in the US in a matter of minutes. If people are stopped from having lawful guns, they will go up in price, but that's all. If I were a person who wanted a gun for illegal purposes, I'd steal one from somewhere, probably a gun shop.
