I live about ten minutes from the town this woman lives in, it's called Nutley New Jersey and believe it or not, she's NOT considered abnormal for the area. She actually blends in.

Actually it's a law that by age 5 girls in New Jersey must start tanning so I'm not sure what the charges are based upon.

Well I live about ten minutes from the town that this woman lives in, which is Nutley New Jersey and trust me, she blends right in with many of the Nutley residents, she is nothing unusual to the area, as hard as that may be to believe, she's not abnormal for New Jersey.

She should be arrested. Some things are just plain crazy. Why does the kid need a tan? Let them get old enough to make that decision for themselves. Not to mention the risk of skin cancer. Mom should be jailed...
