NEVER stand in line again ~

angelbaby 2013/06/03 02:38:05
When former U.S. military commander in Afghanistan Stanley McChrystal was
called into the Oval Office by Barack Obama, he knew things weren't going
to go well when the President accused him of not supporting Obama in his
political role as President.

"It’s not my job to support you as a politician, Mr. President, it’s my
job to support you as Commander-in-Chief", McChrystal replied.

Not satisfied with accepting McChrystal's resignation the President made
a cheap parting shot. "I bet when I die you'll be happy to piss on my
grave."

The General saluted. "Mr. President, I always told myself after
leaving the Army that I'd never stand in line again."
You!

"I extend my sincerest apology for this profile. It was a mistake reflecting poor judgment and should never have happened. Throughout my career, I have lived by the principles of personal honor and professional integrity. What is reflected in this article falls far short of that standard. I have enormous respect and admiration for President Obama and his national security team, and for the civilian leaders and troops fighting this war and I remain committed to ensuring its successful outcome"

Strange thread. Among the first posts, I see a complaint about "tasteless piss jokes". Well, people, you really aren't expected to taste a piss joke. But, if you're going to start tasting them, why complain that they are tasteless? What flavor did you expect?

As for the joke - soldiers and sailors pretty much all agree - we DON'T stand in line! After a few years of standing in line for everything - from chow to shots to filing forms to getting paid - we've had more than enough! You won't find us standing in line to piss on a politician's grave.
