It's yet another law the progressives seem to overlook, ignore or deny.

I read this the other day. The article was right on the money and very well written.

Obama is playing with fire, and so is most of the Congress. Ron Paul is trying to cover his butt, but I do not believe that he did not know this. If he had been the one that came forward with this, I would have voted for him, but since that is not the case, I will help vote Obama out, but with an eye to the following;

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

This means that the Constitution should be reinstated, by force if necessary, with any changes that will destroy the government’s ability to side-step the laws that are written in the document that is to govern both States and the General government in the District of Columbia. If Romney does not restore the check and balance system then he must be removed as the founders intended.

For instance; The current form of government has for years allowed, under false pretenses, the situation we now have. One of the Constitution’s laws that Obama, and likely others, have ignored is Article 4, Section 4; “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

The present administration, and many of the past, has failed in the adherence of this law, but it is also a fact that the instigator of most of the “domestic Violence” we are experiencing today is caused by the present administration. If Romney and the Congress does not “FIX” the system, then they are deserving of what will surely follow. If Obama gets back in, well, the just rewards are sure to follow, at least for the congress if not him. (a little "reading between the lines is requried here)

Very excellent comment thanks! The fact that Ron actually said As far as he knew there was no reason to believe obama was not a citizen was a great big problem for me. With all the evidence that had already come in about it, that statement just didn't make sense at all. I think like you said, he was trying to cover his butt - BUT - when Trump was toying with running and came out about the BC he had support galore so I am not fully buying that as an excuse. Trump supports Romney, Trump has continued to speak out about the BC, Romney defended him. At the very least that was SOMETHING towards making me think that while Romney is avoiding the issue he is still also addressing it through Trump. We are so far off the trail that the constitution and bill of rights set forth that it will take us a long time to get back even if we could head straight to it and with the progs aka commies so prevalent now there will never be a straight way back. WE all have to fight like crazy - if it weren't for resistance this country would already be destroyed beyond repair. I don't know if we can do it but we have to try

There is a way safari, that is why I said the Constitution would have to be set aside for a time. The commies want to kill it, but at the same time, they want to hide behind its protections. Therefore, those protections have to be set aside for the purpose of exposing the enemy. The true American will be fighting to push the commies out. Now they will have one choice, get out, or shut up. If the Constitution is put back in after that, the previsions such as;

Article 3, Section 3; "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

Should be strictly enforced, and any Congressman, President, or so-called citizen that supports them to do treason where these two articles/sections is concerned, should be tried for treason, stripped of their citizenship, and deported if found guilty. I would not support the death sentence, but would support the same sentence that Benedict Arnold received.

They continue to ridicule those who know Obama is an illegal president because it helps their cause. Anyone in our Congress that is part of this deception is a traitor. Anyone in our Congress that knows and refuses to stand up and be heard is a coward.

How could any of them have cause for not knowing especially after Sheriff Joe came out with his last announcement.

They don't like being ridiculed by the Obama supporters and they don't want to be considered racist. Those on the left that know are traitors. They are the ones that do the ridiculing and calling those on the right racists or Uncle Toms. Those on the right that know are cowards for letting the left force them into complicity with their silence..

The author is correct. Obie is NOT a natural born citizen. Progressives don't care about the Constitution, liberals want to ignore the problem, and the weasels are afraid. Obie should be impeached for fraud, Nancy Pelosi should be jailed, and the Congress should heavily fine themselves for continuing this charade for this long. He should be exposed at this point by Congress and he should not be allowed to run for a second term; he should be removed immediately.

Ron Paul could actually make himself useful if he introduced a resolution to remove Obie from office.

This must be taken care of. Obama must go in November and stand trial. I know the trial will probably never happen but after 4 years, I have an overwhelming urge for justice.

Thank you. The problem with our Congress is that most of the are not afraid of us. They should be afraid of us. The TEA Party makes them afraid. My former Congressmen Lloyd Doggett, is so afraid of the TEA Party that he now holds "Townhall" meetings by telephone with selected listeners. LOL All because we shouted "Vote NO on Obamacare" when he was speaking in a parking lot. He turned pale and literally ran away.

He ran away? LOL. What a coward.

He spoke in Austin in a parking lot and the Austin TEA Party shouted, "Vote NO on Obamacare" there. He drove about 20-miles to Bastrop, the Austin TEA Party followed him, the Bastrop Tea Party and the Lockhart TEA Party joined them and shouted "Vote NO on Obamacare" there. He ran to his limousine as pale as a ghost and the driver drove back to Austin to the safety of his office, which we picketed. He told the TV folks that he was heckled and threatened. We didn't do either. We were telling him what we want because he's our Congressman and he won't answer our letters or emails and his staff hang up on us.
