Israel can take care of themselves at this point with how much support we've been giving them over the years. They don't need any more of our money, weapons or prayers. If you want to pray for them, go right ahead. But there's no chance of them being in any danger of being annihilated of the face of the earth, like Ahmadinejad says they will. That assclown is just some guy who likes to beat his chest to make up for the fact that he's actually playing second fiddle to the Ayatollah, the Supreme Leader of Iran. President is just a title in Iran. Israel has blown up nuclear facilities in Iraq, and they have been killing the Iranian nuclear physicists regularly, to stall their progress on nuclear anything. There's no real threat of danger to Israel. They're so many steps above the Iranians, and to say that they're in danger and in need of our support is actually kind of condescending to them.

I wish it were only the GOP, but both sides use every advantage. But the reality is, the GOP uses ignorance and fear to mobilize it's base, and I find that especially disgusting. It is the fear of the misunderstood, unknown, and "what if" that is making the USA a victim of itself.

They exploit whomever they have to... a desperate party.

As a Libertarian Jew, I can tell you that the GOP is exploiting Jews no more than the Democrats exploit African Americans. Most Jews will still vote Obama. However, the more orthodox Jews will vote Romney. As their only issue they care about is Pro-Israel. I'm voting Johnson.

The GOP doesn't exploit Jewish people so much as it exploits evangelical Christians who have a [dangerously] religious faith in the state of Israel. The GOP also leads the charge in calling critics of Israel unpatriotic, whereas the Democrats and affiliated organizations (SPLC and Abraham Foxman's Defamation League) lead the charge in calling them anti-Semitic, and both parties are entirely beholden to AIPAC and the Israeli leadership.

Americans cannot get someone elected as President of the United States unless he or she first swears loyalty to Israel...an entirely different country. That SHOULD be a red flag that something is wrong, but most Americans are too deluded to see the situation for what it is. The funny thing is, the Israeli public and actual Jews in the US have much more diverse opinions about Israel's role in the world and the relationship between the US and Israel.

If there were some way to check the point, I'd offer ten to one that a majority of the people that selected the other answer in this poll have, sometime in the past few months, voiced concurrence with or voted in a poll for one or more postings that crowed about studies that scientifically established how incredibly stupid Republicans are. And now they're voting to the effect that these incredibly stupid Republicans are "taking advantage" of - not "attempting to", but actually are exploiting - Jews? What am I missing here?
