That is a tough one to answer. Pelosi belongs in a looney bin for so many reasons, but not for seeing ghosts. It is true those ghosts vote for DemocRATs, which is why she is against voters showing ID. But she has been an embarrassment to this country. That is probably why her district in the San Francisco bay area likes her.
