	Did somebody in her district slip something into her latte that brought on an attack of civility?
	Pelosi was inadvertently admitting that Bush worked in a bi-partisan spirit & Obama is not, and she misses that leadership which BO sorely lacks.

WASHINGTON — During a Wednesday talk at an event honoring her 25 years of service in the House of Representatives, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi highlighted some of her favorite and most memorable moments, largely concentrating on achievements made with George W. Bush and making no mention of anything she was proud of or accomplished with President Barack Obama.

Pelosi gushed about how Bush is “really a lovely man.”

“We worked with President Bush on many issues,” she continued. “We worked with him on his version of the stimulus package. … We worked with him on [the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief] PEPFAR — that was a great thing that President Bush did. … And we worked with him on probably the most unpopular bill that anybody will ever vote for ever — TARP.”

i think even nancy saw what a kind upstanding person george was even though they are opposing parties. maybe she secretly abhors obama like so many of us. who knows what goes on behind closed doors in the white house??

Even as a liberal I have to agree with you. It's Washington cocktail party chat, nothing more. "Lovely to see you George" she smiles. Then to her husband in a whisper, "Ignorant fool. And his wife has put on weight."

Very true. Personally I find it hard to get worked up over nonsense like that. This week it's her, next week it will be someone from the across the aisle. I'm sick of all of them. I will take an ordinary citizen who is an ultra conservative over most liberal politicians any day. At least he or she is honest. :-)
