Obama of course, but we will probably have him in office forever if he gets his way and term limits are done away with. The other person I would love and be relieved to see retire is Harry Reid. He refuses to take up any bills from the other side of the aisle. He will not present a budget as required by law so that the American public knows what is being spent and on what, and he is absolute without any tolerance for others. He is also not accountable to anyone with both his actions, and his accusations
