The world will NOT end in 2012... and certainly not be destroyed by floods.
God promised he would not destroy the world by water again.
And since there is still the Antichrist and the last 7 years of history to come,
the world will be around until at least 2018...

Haven't seen the movie, however I watched a documentory program called Apocalypse Island that was done by 2 astrologers that have been studying the Mayan predictions for years and everything they found is happening at this point in time.
