The following is a letter I wrote to Congress. At this early point so far my 2 Senators-R, 1 Representative-D. I certainly won't be able to get this out to ALL of them.
My intent was for this to have facts and quotes from founders and other important sources so "they" would not consider this another "rant"..
So, take it for what its worth, comments absolutely welcome
I am posting this in hope this will inspire others..Anyone is welcome to copy this all or in part. Spread it around should you feel it worthy with my blessings and thanks.

Unlike the recent bills that no one cares to read, or hire a speed reader and laugh while it is read. I will try to be short .
It is with a heavy heart I write to you this day. Truly, I beseech you to set aside all political agendas as you read this and reflect upon what our founding fathers who shed their blood and fought insurmountable odds to birth this once great nation. My fears are born out of history, which states over and over again tyranny ends only one way - blood. My heart breaks and my flag bleeds with the blood of the founding fathers.
For those of you who are fighting the good fight Gods speed, I recognize you, please take this letter as encouragement not indictment.
The abuse of power of this presidency the likes has not been seen since FDR.
There is a natural hunger in the soul of Americans for the intended “life, liberty, and the PURSUIT of happiness.” This hunger is rippling across our nation and has turned into a burning desire. The words of the founding fathers have breathed life and found a voice once again. Thomas Payne, George Washington, John Adams, and others are being quoted in the “streets” . Books that have been unnoticed for decades have once again surfaced; Common Sense, The 5,000 Year Leap had to be reprinted due to demand. The very book you carry with you daily is being read and quoted, You know the one that contains both the Declaration and the Constitution. I/we highly recommend that ALL of you read this one again. (It only has 52 pages cover to cover surely you can make the time.) To refresh your spirit and this country with their Common Sense.

Citizens are calling themselves Constitutionalists, Patriots, Libertarians, rather than Democrats or Republicans.
Citizens are gathering , and have taken to the streets. (April 15th )citizens by the tens of thousands raised their voices as one. What happened? The media and YOU not only disregarded these cries but actually attacked these Patriots for their views. Americans have been underestimated before. One organization alone has over 650,000 and growing!
This is the first volley of the second revolution heard around the world!
The silent majority silent no more against this current government of arrogance that blatantly abuses their power. Against the desire of every Patriot that shed their blood for the spirit and intent of our laws and Constitution over 200 years and to this day.
States: haven’t you noticed how many state are creating laws for state sovereignty?
56 men swore “and for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.”
These humble men did indeed lay down their fortunes, and lives. Citizens are once again declaring the same, for the same reasons.
As for the Declaration of independence our grievances are the same:
“But when a long train of abuses and usurpation s, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism,” it is their (YOUR) right, it is their (YOUR) duty to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.
“all having indirect object the establishment of a absolute Tyranny over these states.”
“He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substances.” in reference to all these czars that have no place in our form of government!
“For imposing taxes on us without our consent”
RE: all these hidden taxes for as they are more punitive than beneficial! Against what Jefferson had spoken that it is immoral to burden future generations with our debt!
“In every stage of these oppressions We have petitioned for redress (letters, emails, faxes, phone calls which have been ignored.) Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. (more taxes, more laws that infringe on our liberties, the unlawful invasion into private business.) A prince (President) whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be their ruler (President) of a free people.”
“America has become an “Empire of debt’ and is sowing the seeds of her own destruction”
I had intended to quote mostly the Founding Fathers, the following is from different sources. From comments made regarding FDR in the depression, and Clinton administration and the Founding Fathers.
“The failure to use the checks and balances effectively has allowed the judiciary to create new laws (called judicial legislation) by pretending to be merely interpreting old ones. Failure to use the checks and balances has also allowed the President to make thousand of new laws, instead of Congress, by issuing executive orders. It has been allowed the federal government to invade the reserved rights of the states on a massive scale. It has allowed the legislature to impose taxes on the people never contemplated by the Founders of the Constitution.”
“General welfare“; in 1936 the Supreme court usurped the intent of the constitution by reinterpreting of the words “General welfare” to allow the then President Franklin D. Roosevelt the power to control business and money. The continuation of this practice both by Presidents Bush and now President Obama. .is NOT what the spirit and the intent of the Founding Fathers as stated in Constitution.
“Beginning with the era of the Great Depression, all three branches of the federal government used the climate of emergency to overstep the Constitutional authority and aggressively undertake to perform tasks not authorized by the Founders. Extensive studies have demonstrated that every one of these adventures in non-Constitutional activities proved counter-productive, some of them tragically so.”
Living Constitution: The founders knew from experience that the loss of freedom through the gradual erosion that the people can readily detect it.
Madison: “ I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power, than by violent and sudden usurpations.This danger ought to be wisely guarded against”
“Redistribution of wealth” a favorite quote by the now President Obama, yet another total disregard for our Constitution. .Samuel Adams on redistribution of wealth: “The Utopian schemes of leveling (redistribution of the wealth,) and a community of goods , are as visionary and impracticable as those which vest all property in the Crown. These ideas are arbitrary, despotic, and, in our government, unconstitutional.”
On health care: The American founders recognized that the moment the government is authorized to start leveling the material possessions of the rich in order to have “an equal distribution of goods” the government thereafter has the power to deprive ANY of the people of their “equal” rights to enjoy their lives, liberties, and property”
On energy I ask you sirs and madams: What has the Dept of Energy been doing for over 30 yrs..? Their mission: to make the United States energy independent. We have our own natural resources totally untapped. That can be utilized responsibly.
Czars: (are illegal positions. Yes, I know that President Clinton made this a so-called “legal” position )with no point of law for control. “There is no doubt in my mind that these officials appointed by the president (Clinton) without any congressional revue is unconstitutional; the mere fact that they do not answer to anyone except the pres.
Is a monarchy.”
According to the President, this provision apparently transgresses the Appointments Clause because it "purports to limit" -- purports to limit! -- "the qualifications of the pool of persons from whom the President may select the appointee in a manner that rules out a large portion of those persons best qualified by experience and knowledge to fill the office." Accordingly, "[t]he executive branch shall construe [the qualification] in a manner consistent with the Appointments Clause of the Constitution”
Czars represent a revolution overturning the Rule of Law the US Constitution!”
RE: Obama “These czars will be accountable to him alone and no one knows precisely how much power each of these individuals will wield over our nation’s policies during the next four Years.”
Czar” (definition): a tyrannical, absolute ruler, answerable to no one.(except President Obama)
Now this position of Cyber czar will be rolled into the Department of Homeland Security. With total discretion to determine who is to be designated extremists.
This includes the internet, the last bastion of free speech. Yes, it is for our security but with unlimited powers and to whose interpretation? Who is to say how far this will go? Who will determine “terrorists” DHS already declared “conservatives” and our own military as extremists.
The Fairness Doctrine has been opened to debate again. A direct assault on Freedom of speech. The Bill of Rights is in jeopardy!
The Federal Reserve that’s another HUGE assault on free markets, and the Constitution.
The Founders wanted our monetary system to remain on REAL assets NOT fractional.
As a citizen I implore you to consider what has been stated here, and listen to your constituents. The firestorm of discontent is rising, we entrusted you to be OUR Representatives, To defend the laws and liberties embodied in the Constitution.
I fear it is too late, I also fear you will dismiss this as just another “rant” from a discontented “extremist”. The main reason I used quotes rather than “rant”.
Russian papers are warning us, China, is concerned with our Unconstitutional debt, some students laughed at our Secretary of Treasury when he stated our debt is secure..OH the shame!! Europe is warning the United Sates the once GREAT nation and leader of the world is now reduced to beggars.
Or as well stated by others:

P.S. The people have spoken by electing him. Do you think for one minute they realized the implications? When people voted for “change” I honestly do not believe they meant the very foundation and principles of our once great nation.

HOPE and CHANGE were just campaign gimmicks used by Obama to dupe the masses. It worked. But Washington DC today is just business as usual with the only change being a change for the worse. (e.g. massive debt, more lobbyists in power, etc.) Your letter is well crafted and reminds us all of this history of our great nation. The Congress would serve our nation well to take heed. I agree that to many that voted for Obama didn't realize what they were voting for...they just wanted change. He was a slick candidate that was put on a pedastal by the media...now we are all paying for those people who were not informed voters!

Plain and simple if it was wrong for Bush it is wrong for Obama.
I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that Barack Obama is damaging America more than any other president in its history. Here are ten of the biggest ways Obama is destroying America.
1. He's running up crushing federal debt at a level unprecedented in American history. We are talking trillions upon trillions of dollars in debt. This ensures the the future will bring ruinous taxes, runaway inflation, or eventual financial collapse.
2. He has endorsed and benefitted from systematic violation of election and campaign funding laws. His election saw widespread voter registration fraud from his allies at ACORN and systematic acceptance of dubious campaign donations by disabling normal credit card verification procedures for online donations, allowing donations to be made from foreign donors and from donors using fictitious names. This in turned allowed donors to skirt donation limits if they wished, simply by using bogus names. In the "stimulus" bill, Obama has funded ACORN and similar groups to the tune of billions.
3. Obama has endorsed, and will continue to foster, the entitlement mentality, playing the victim, and mob rule. A ...

A typical moment was his warning to bank executives that it was only his administration standing between executives and the mobs with pitchforks. Not mentioned was the fact that Obama's pals at ACORN were the number one wielders of the pitchforks. Obama is also ushering in socialism at a breathtaking pace. Soon, no major expense in a normal human life will be paid for by the individual. Every major expense, from housing to advanced education to medical care, will be paid for by Big Brother. Incentives to work will be destroyed for both the "rich" and the "poor." We will all soon be poorer as a result.
4. Obama is gearing up to politicize and manipulate the Census to an unprecedented degree. Given the Obama campaign's and Obama administration's other manipulations, I believe it is extremely unlikely that Obama will not end up overcounting "homeless," illegal aliens, and other Democratic Party interest groups. The result will be to unlawfully shift power to blue states, cementing control of the nation in the hands of statists.
5. Obama is trampling, penalizing, micromanaging, and destroying American business to an unprecedented degree, ahd he's just getting started. Already we see major automakers about to fail (of course, this is primarily the result of the power labor unions have wielded in the auto industry), we see banks failing and being taken over, and we see restaurants, retailers, and companies in the construction business struggling and failing. To reiterate: Obama is just getting started. It is a terrible time to own a business in America.
6. Obama is lending aid, money, and support to tyrannies and terrorists. From getting chummy with Hugo Chavez to releasing dangerous GITMO terrorists to handing almost a billion dollars to Palestinian terrorists, Obama has yet to meet a terrorist or tyrant he doesn't seem to like.
7. Obama is discounting and attempting to undermine America's Christian and Judeo-Christian culture. By constantly treating Christianity as the moral equivalent of atheism and Islam in his public prounouncements -- and by proclaiming that America is no longer a Christian nation (even though about 80% of Americans still believe in the resurrection of Christ), Obama is turning his back on America's great strength.
8. Obama is retroactively criminalizing innocent behavior and excusing unlawful behavior. He appoints tax cheats to his administration and then treats AIG executives as criminals, retroactively imposing 90% taxes on bonuses. He frees GITMO terrorists who tried to kill Americans, and then threatens to prosecute lawyers who gave legal opinions on torture -- and broke no laws in doing so.
9. He is rapidly ceding the Middle East back to terrorists and tyrants. He is trying to cozy up to Iran but, more importantly, he is withdrawing troops from Iraq even as violence escalates, risking the loss of that country in the infancy of its democracy. He is moving too slowly and ineffectually in Afghanistan as dangers grow in Pakistan. He is letting the Taliban gain strength to the point where it now threatens to take over Pakistan and its nuclear arsenal.
10. I've saved the worst for last. Obama has already reduced funding for missile defense and threatens to eliminate the program entirely. Yet missile defense is the only potential defense against nuclear missile threats from a growing number of terrorists and tyrants around the world. This deriliction of duty on Obama's part could result in the deaths of millions.
Barack Obama is destroying America. It is up to Americans to realize the danger and rise up against this destruction before it is too late.
