THERE IS AN UPDATE LOCATED BELOW THE VIDEO!

Well, so much for the nonsense about Muslims being such kind, tolerant people. What these haters are too d@mn ignorant to see is that they probably would not even have that store in America if it weren't for American soldiers.

NOTE: YES THE GUY IN THE VIDEO USES THE TERM RAGHEADS. IF IT OFFENDS YOU, CRY ME A RIVER AND GET OVER YOURSELF!

God forbid if these were white store owners and they refused to serve some Raghead, black, hispanic etc. PC crap seems to say it's OK discriminate and hate Whites and America's military. Maybe we need to send these ragheads to meet allah.

This is absolutely true. It's a problem that can be rectified by the people themselves. Turds just need to go back to the sandbox and keep their crap over there.

Sounds like horsecrap to me. "We're sorry 'cuz it didn't take too long to figure out we'll be out of business over this in a week or so."

Yeah me too. What really pisses me off though is how the MSM didn't even bother with this. It took patriots posting it on Youtube and then the posts on sites like these and their local sites to finally get something done about it. But yeah, I'm not really buying it as being genuine.

American soldiers are still protecting them. Maybe we should just deport them if they won't serve the men and women who protect them.

Unfortunately the First Amendment protects bastards as well as the righteous.

BUT we have the right not to do business with anyone we don't like too.

Boycott them. Write Texaco -- and don't go near a Texaco pump till you see results.

It's only been a couple of weeks since the Safeway employee who was suspended for getting into a fight with a customer (who was punching his pregnant girlfriend) was reinstated. Public pressure works. Let's use it.

    Go, Bogalusa!

Okay.. I can SEE your point and even AGREE to it to SOME extent but I have ONE Objection.. If that kind of discrimmination is good for ONE it MUST be good for ALL..

We all KNOW what THIS would mean if the store owner was White and said that to a minority.. There would be LEGAL action taken..

The Constitution does NOT pick and choose who has rights and who does not and neither should we..

The Constitution has nothing to do with this, that soldier has no Constitutional right to shop in that place of business. Wow most of the people here have no idea, the Constitution is between the people and the government.

I can tell by your ID that you are a real genius.
Are you familiar with any of the non discrimination laws in the US?

Unfortunately, only certain 'classes' are protected by civil rights law (race being one). I don't think discrimination of ANY kind is good, and discrimination against our military is the absolute pits. But we have to accept some bad if we're going to fight for the good imo. We can deal with discrimination without civil rights laws. And it looks as though the good people of Bogalusa did. :) Check farther up (p. 1 now) -- looks like this has been resolved peacefully.

Wrong!!! They can NOT deny serving based on anything. People died defending this right for ALL U.S. citizens. Go read your history book.

The ONLY retail business that can deny serving/selling to an individual for no reason based on nothing is firearm sales. (and of coarse liquor and tobacco products based on age)

    Sure they can, Gov.

    1. No shirt, no shoes, no service.

    2. Gentlemen must wear a coat and tie.

    3. No service if you're drunk.

    4. No pets allowed. [and an exception had to be made for handicap dogs]

I'm not saying what happened here is ok or that I'd have anything to do with a business that did this, especially to a soldier. But it's the law of the land: The Constitution guarantees the same rights to anti-American scum that it does to patriots.

See above to Hawkeye: The issue has been resolved.

    Nope,

    1) Health and safety violation
    2) Dress Code as opposed to anti-dress code in this case
    3) Public intoxication is illegal in itself
    4) Health and safety violation again

Do ya wanna try some more?

Actually, I think you've made my point.

    1. What law says a man can walk down a street with no shirt on but can't enter a store? If this were true, there'd be no need to post signs.

    2. That's my point -- business owners ARE allowed to make rules that patrons must follow. Smart restaurateurs have jackets and ties on hand so nobody has to leave.

    3. I'm not talking about legal -- I'm talking about a business owner being able to define who can and cannot enter their business.

    4. Pets are allowed in public places in many countries in Europe. It's not a health or safety violation by definition (like going out with Typhoid would be). When I lived in NY, I took my dog into a neighborhood bar all the time. The owners didn't mind. If anyone had objected, I'd have had to take her out. But anyone who did would probably also have had to fight off half the customers in the place. :)

I don't want to argue with you. Enjoy your week-end.

Tolerance came at the point of a sword.

"Islam Was Spread By Fire And Sword." - before the US was infected with political correctness that could be found in many history book as Section headings.
