First, they conveniently forget that Hitler and Stalin were total hypocrites with that "cross of motherhood" stuff they spouted. They saw a woman as a machine. Baby pops out, baby goes to the creche to be brought up like a good little Nazi or Communist. Ann Romney has in mind that mothers stay with those kids and invest in them--more than the government wants her to.
Second, for them to invoke Stalin is like John Gotti invoking Al Capone as a symbol of evil. Peas in a pod. Two of a kind.
Third, "The obvious question then arises: How is your posterity to be provided?" Kudos to Gilbert and Sullivan.
