Our country is based on others who came from all over, I don't see a problem with continuing that diversity! By the way, I don't know about other places but Asian's, along with everyone else, has been above Hispanics for a long time where I'm from. So I get a little bit frustrated when I hear others talking about racism or being a minority, heck we barely get mentioned in the scheme of things.

Sad. They are the REAL Americans.

We are a melting pot nation. My concern is economic future of these children. Will the financial responsibilty and strength of the nation shift to this new majority? What does our demographic strength look like for the future?

You do have an interesting point. As a stay at home mama that would have loved to have had 6-8 kids I have felt the pressure from people to not have any or one at most. It's a sad thing.

I probably won't be around to see it. But, I do point the finger at all those corporations who ushered in these Asians, from the railroad corporations, to the steel, to the shipping to every corporation who wanted cheap labor and the ability to silence them due to their race and citizenship inequality. It's Karma, for sure. It's the yankee way to "cheat the system". Now , many of these "anglos" are screaming and knashing their teeth at others instead of their own, whom they support. I probably won't be around. But, since I believe in reincarnation, there's a good chance I'll come back "swearing to Buddah".....that ain't so bad.
My grandad told me, that when America starts putting all of their emphasis on sports in college, rather than deal with academics( like they should), you will see the decline of the white world. you may be right and it is logic not theory that brings me to this conclusion ... I use natural systems as my models and biodiversity is usually more successful environmentally than a monoculture ... maybe the same isn't true for human societies

America is a melting-pot. Most "minorities I know are here looking for the American dream, so why stop them?

Nothing wrong with it on the surface, but for it to happen in large part because of a mass illegal immigration can't be good. I would much prefer all those waiting in line doing things the right way. We have enough people in government who have screwed up the country taking shortcuts.

Most Anglo-Americans live, and reproduce, according to their financial status and even the growing population comes into account. Some minorities care about none of this because they have the financial status of the Anglo-Americans to fall back on.

I was telling someone that I lived in three expensive city's, San Francisco, NYC and Seattle. I told someone that only the rich or people on welfare can afford to have a baby. Pathetic, isn't it?

The vast majority of the (minority) births are hispanics. The white liberals suckered the blacks into abortion clinics over the last 30 years by pushing planned parenthood and abortion clinics in every innercity, The black population percentage in 1970 was 12.6 percent of the population while the hispanic percentage was only 6 percent but their culture rejects abortion. When I was taking my demographic studies in the 1970s the black population was projected to be nearly 25 percent by 2010. They are still at 12.5 percent of the population while the hispanics are nearly 17 percent. Your white liberal brothers have tossed over 30 million black American fetuses in the trash can with the help of a few "Toms" in the congress. Asian population is growing faster than the blacks. But look at the up side, minorities have a Constitution and a bill of rights to protect them,,Don't they?????

I find it interesting to see what people think about the changing demigraphic of the US...as with any change in flow of people there come a change in values....after a certain adjustment period.
