I want this woman strung up by her ankles and beaten with a metal baseball bat. She doesn't deserve to live after pulling that stunt. He daughter needs help for everything, and she just drove off, leaving her behind. That girl is less than garbage to this woman.
I understand that the mother may have been overwhelmed, but she went about it the wrong way. The girl cannot care for herself, she should have sought help from social services instead of abandoning her.
I wonder if this is do to the risen of alot-of closing of programs for Home and Adult Care. It is a really bad thing for the families and friends of those who are suffering with the reality of caring for these people...

The child is technically an adult. But since she can't survive on her own some states view them as children. Maybe I should have typed Social Services.
