Okay, now Romney's campaign tour bus IS affiliated with the Presidential candidate Mitt Romney. It's actions represent him directly. Is this concept clear as well?

On to the conclusion. Moveon.org has a history of utilizing sophomoric tactics. Representing themselves this way is their prerogative, and in this case, is kind of funny. Romney having his tour bus utilize sophomoric tactics, while also kind of funny, strikes me as unbecoming of a Presidential candidate. If Obama behaves similarly, I will hold him to the same standard. But as of now, he has not done anything comparable.

I hope you were able to wrap your tiny little brain around these incredibly simple concepts.
