Mitt Romney's respond to "War on Women"

Mitt Romney, recently held a town hall meeting, addressing the War on Women duspute. he said that women care more for the job market rather than just contraception issues, and reproductive rights. OK, he's entitled to that opinion. Behind him were a panel of women, in an attempt to make his point. The problem I saw? ALL the women were Caucasian. The only diversity was that one of the women was a brunette. otherwise they were 99% blonde. Not one woman of colour, in any respect. Not one American woman of African, Hispanic, Asian or any other cultural minority was presented. And how many of these women are actually working women? Could you guess their economic status? Something definately seemed amiss, in that panel.
Shouldn't he have presented more of a broader representation of women?
