Executive Order -- Restoration of the Balance of Powers Between the Executive Branch and Other Branches of the Government of the United States of America

Executive Order of Revocation of Certain 'Existing Executive Orders'--
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Inasmuch as the prior administration has from time to time usurped the power and authority of the other branches of the government of the United States of America, including but not limited to the powers of the congressional branch to legislate, and inasmuch as said prior administration has often ignored the edicts issued by the judicial branch, and in order to restore the government of the United States to that of a republic with the powers divided by the three branches as intended in the Constitution, the following Executive Order is effective immediately.

Section. 2. Revocation of Executive Orders.
(a) All Executive Orders issued between January 20, 2009 and January 19, 2013, inclusive, are hereby revoked, and all authority vested by said orders in any department, office, board or agency of the United States Government is hereafter null and void.

(b) This order shall be implemented immediately, consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations, if needed.

(c ) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
