MITT ROMNEY LIES AGAIN: "John Kerry released [only] two years of taxes."
Senator John Kerry released
TWENTY (20) YEARS OF TAXES.
Not two.
KUDLOW: Why not release your tax returns? Why not go back 10 years?
Gov. ROMNEY: Well, we’ve had people run for president before, and they’ve released two years. John Kerry released two years of taxes.. I’ve released one already, put the
estimate out for the next year. We’ll have two years of taxes..

In fact, Senator Kerry made a habit of releasing tax returns to the Massachusetts press during his senate campaigns. In 1996 and 1997, for instance, The Boston Globe ran stories on Mr. Kerry’s returns. During his 2004 presidential campaign, it looks as though Mr. Kerry released tax returns for the years 1999 to 2003.
In addition to his 2003 returns, Kerry also released
federal tax returns from the years 1999 to 2002 yesterday. There has
been some dispute about returns for those years. Kerry has claimed that
he had already released the returns — in January of this year, he said, “I released all my tax returns for 20 years. I have never not released my tax returns throughout my political career.”
But aside from releasing details from his 2002 taxes — which showed a
total income of $144,091 — it is not clear that Kerry has ever made
public his returns from 1999 or 2000 or 2001 before now.
Thus far, Mitt Romney has only released one year of returns. Romney’s father, George Romney, released 12 years of returns, stating “one year could be a fluke, perhaps done for show.”

Did the White House tell him to say Kerry only released 2 years of tax returns?
That must be it.
It's a non-issue. Move on.....to0 say the economy or lack of jobs or the deficit or the debt or the fact that the only job growth is in republican led states or since your hung up on lies, how about obama's lie that obo-care is not a tax? Now that is relevant.
John Kerry was George Bush's opponent in 2004. I guess you were watching cartoons back then. He also was (and still is) the junior Senator from Massachusetts - a position he held while Mitt Romney was governor of that state, therefore Mitt's lie is blatant and intentional.

It would have been nice to know this 4 years ago.
Yes politicians routinely release their client list and billing time. That does not violate client-attorney privilege.
For instance, we would want to know if 0bama had defended a crook like tony rezco.
