Michelle has only come up with that because the Southern Baptist have elected a black leader. She is afraid a lot of the southern black vote will follow the instructions of the Baptist Church. Can't be loosing any black votes,....

I think you're missing the point.

I wasn't commenting on what Mrs. Obama said. I think what she said, in itself, was fine.

I was commenting on how, according to liberals, it's okay for liberals to talk about God and Jesus -- but when conservatives do it, liberals complain about "theocracy" and "forcing religion" on people.

Can you give some examples of liberals complaining about forcing religion on people? Are you referring perhaps to the Jehovah witnesses who won a court case about not being forced to say the pledge? Hardly not what I would call a "liberal" organization.

As a liberal I admit I get a bit put off by what I consider phony conservatives who pretend to be say Christian but then ignore the teachings of Jesus but I never complain about them. I just point out their hypocrisy.
