The Second Amendment is for every law abiding citizen. It does not apply to criminals because they lose their constitutional rights when they break the law.

I am responding mostly to the second amendment. There are those who believe the second amendment gives criminals rights. Yes, the fourth and fifth amendments do provide rights for due process of the law, but if you are caught using a firearm to commit a crime, even before trial, you won't be in possession of that firearm.
