But people should mow their yards. Snakes and bugs love tall grass.

I do not care about what others do with their yards. But, as soon as they start letting their trash blow onto my yard, their pets wander onto my yard and use the bathroom there, and anything else like that happen, then I'm going to have a word with them.

But laws like this one are over the top, intolerably intrusive, and superfluous to helping people be responsible neighbors.

That's right, go jail the old people who can't afford to hire someone and can't do it themselves. Go jail the bank that owns the repossessed homes!

The main issue I see going on, is that people WANT TO MOW THEIR LAWNS already. It's the vacant houses that don't mow their lawns. The government has already cheated us, destroyed the economy with endless government meddling, sky-high taxes and threat of more job-killing ObamaCare, so many people lost their jobs due to The Great Obama Depression, then people can't pay the mortgages anymore, and they are foreclosed upon or they walk away, and we can't expect people who are no longer allowed to live in their houses, to come from another state to mow a lawn they are no longer responsible for. And how many of these houses are owned now by the foreclosing bank, and rather than the bank hiring people to take care of the property, it just sits, while our country goes to somewhere in a hand-basket.

Another problem caused by the corrupt government, so what does the government do? Punish the citizens, and give us more reason to either throw the bums out, or to join the founder of Facebook in finding some way to leave the country, and perhaps even renounce citizenship. The smart people are leaving, because The United Slaves of America is so hostile to business. That's why we no longer have jobs.

That's government phony numbers. Real unemployment is at FDR's Great Depression levels. 22...

It seems a bit dictatorial to me. However I live in a row of four terraced houses. Myself and two of my neighbors keep our small 12x15 lawns cut and our small flower/shrub beds tended to. We’re not garden Nazis’ and none of our front yards would win any sort of horticultural award or anything (we all have the odd dandelion we keep trimmed back with a mower…lol) but the forth neighbor’s front yard is over grown with weeds which the odd bit of blowing garbage, i.e. stray paper and such gets stuck in it. Now I do understand it is their right to maintain their front yard as they see fit, but it’s also the right of the other 3 neighbors not to have to look at that mess. Why should their rights supersede the rights of the rest of us? Hell me and the neighbor that lives on the other side of them have even knocked on their door while we were mowing and asked if they wanted us to mow their lawn as it would only take a few minutes and we were out doing ours anyway. The answer was no to both of us on two separate occasions. At the end of the day it's about having consideration for those around you.

What's the whole obsession with neat lawns anyway? If you ask me, it's another manifestation of the fact that people can't stand when they're not in control of things.

Websearch it. Land-Patent/Allodial Title is the highest form of Land ownership. Having the Deed is just Equity holding for the sake of buy/sell/trade and is taxable. Land-Patent is not taxable.

But that sort of title is not available to common people, but only to Indian tribes, or families who have held land in the family for centuries?

Or is that an example of the rampant deception involved in our legal process and business dealings, and is available somehow?

I try to follow most all these "alternative" views and "conspiracy theories," but I am so overwhelmed, I just can't keep up with the information overload.

So could I hold such a title, inside the corrupt city, and just refuse to pay the land-bribe unjust property tax, refuse to mow my grass, and tell the politicians where they can stick it? Well I would still mow my grass, out of respect for my neighbors. But paying taxes, just funds ever more government tyranny. People who can find ways to protest by refusing to play their sick games, and refusing to pay the unjust taxes, I consider to be brave patriots, with perhaps more courage than me?

And what good is some fancy land title going to do, when this wicked government does yet another major false flag, suspends elections, and declares Marshall Law? Wouldn't it be a better use of my time, trying to figure out how best to get out, before The Stuff Hits the Fan?

"Escape From America" by Roger Gallo. It's a book title.

I am sick-and-tired of America's crap. Both the DemocRATS and the Republi-crats are corrupt.

Go on YouTube.com and search "flee America." (Babylon?) Watch some of those videos, and tell me what you think of them.

For me, the "Babylon" reference isn't leaving the land-mass, but ending or being in control of the contracts between the Estate Trust entity (name in all caps) and the secular governing authority/muni-corps at all levels. I can 'come-out-of-her' without physically leaving the land-mass.

And what good are all those fancy legal arguments, when Marshall Law is declared, and the wicked government finally admits that the Constitution is history? Then they will have no reason to pretend to be following it?

Perhaps you have an "invisibility force field," so when the chaos is going on all around you, it won't touch you?

The bullet goes in the forehead. If they can get it into me without Yahweh-God stopping it, then I'm totally better-off for it. If The Lord stops it, as promised in my relationship with Him, then I finish my mission here on Earth. Either way, it's win-win.

I would say jail goes too far but fines are reasonable. It is common courtesy to mow your lawn. If you do not mow your lawn it affects all of your neighbors. It is part of owning a house. If you do not want to mow your lawn, live in a condo, apartment, or somewhere you do not have neighbors.

I agree. I have lived next door to these lazy louts and it was terrible. Try controlling the weeds from their lots coming onto your property. No jail time but they should receive fines and the money used for mowing service. If they do not want to take care of their property, live in an apartment.

Unfortunately, it's not at all unusual. Go ahead and don't pay. It will bite you in the ass if you ever try to sell the property or transfer title.
