A bus driver has sued a Connecticut hospital, saying staff at an affiliated facility failed to promptly and properly treat his painful erection and watched a baseball game on television while he waited.
Daren Scott of Brockton, Mass., is seeking $2 million in his federal lawsuit against Yale-New Haven Hospital.

This disappoints me because it's an absolutely classic case of medical negligence and the bus driver is 100% in the right, but the fact is, if he's waited too long after the incident, reliance on the statute of limitations is a valid defence for the hospital :(
