Many 2008 'Conservative' Obama Backers, or ObamaCons, Will Stay True to the President: Will You?

Nice attitude, especially when the former administration lied to the country about WMD's to get us into a war we could never "win" . I am an independent, but register as a democrat to be able to vote in the primaries. I believe in our Constitution and think about how the former administration took away so many rights of citizens that so many want to blame on happening in the last 4 years. Like search and seizure laws and privacy, where it is ok to dictate checking on private actions of citizens while in their own homes. Wasn't that all put in something called the patriot act,making those who only read names rather than content think it was for the good since it contained the word "patriot"? I still had faith in others in that particular party, but with all the hate I see and hear being sited in the past year, I'm not sure which evil is best to vote for. in November. One thing, I'm really not at all happy with those who make comments about women being only worthy of indenturetude to their fathers then husbands. No, they haven't said those exact words, but what they say they want for the US, it's what it amounts to. Not all of us who love our country and our neighbors and carry our own religious beliefs in our hearts so that they go where ever we do, ARE patriotic and religious. We simply beieve it doesn't always have to be shouted with negative comments and name calling to those we don't particular care for. We'd much rather stay positive and avoid those who are under educate and can't find words to use for descriptions other than nasty ones!

On the rightwing reports, most say the president and first lady werefund raising, but one said hewasatthe theater. Which one of all those"lied"? I would rather believe he received badinformation than that he intentionally lied. Perhaps others would do better to check facts rather than simply believing everything put in front of them. It's so easy to accuss others when just about everyone does. I know i do if I think being truthful will help someone else when those feelings could be saved. I believe others do the same thing - some more than others.
