Let's all ride the slippery slope into this man's pants and see if we can let go of his nuts long enough to realise that the minute we start legislating wardrobe standards ( his underwear - not his cock - was showing) we're going to have to explain tie-dye, nehru jackets, dashikis, kitten heels, bermuda shirts, wide neckties, ascots, thongs, 35% of all women's fashions and a goodly portion of anything worn on the beach. But, it's a little unfair to sentence someone to prison for wearing their clothing in such a manner, sure it may be a bit provocative but i think a fine would subdue lol. However, with jail time he's gaurenteed to learn a lesson, wear cloths properly next time :}

He was given a warning before walking into court and decided to ignore the warning, if he's upset he need only;y to look in the mirror to see who's responsible
