His droopy drawers have landed a Lorain man in jail.

Lorain Municipal Court Judge Mark Mihok held Durrell Brooks in contempt of court Thursday because Brooks' pants were riding so low, his underwear was showing. He then ordered him jailed for three days.

Judges have just gone insane in their sense of power.

Yeah, the guy was an idiot and should have realized that part of the process is kissing the judge's ass. But...contempt of court?

This is a perfect example of the way people in government seem to believe they're a nobler class of citizen than the rest of us.

I think those who wear their pants like this are jackass idiots, but that's no excuse for three days in jail. It's their right to look like a twat! Who goes to court like that?

While it might have been good form to warn Brooks, it was still Brooks who chose to appear that way in court. A courtroom is supposed to be a place to be respectful if not decently dressed. Walking around with your undergarments showing shows that you have no respect for anyone but yourself, and in the courtroom that also shows disrespect to law.

I've said several times that I raised my daughters with two dress code rules: No boobs and no butt.

I have NO desire to see some guy's crack. None. It's difficult enough watching plumbers with their seeming disability in pulling up their pants and covering their cracks. So, PULL UP YOUR DAMNED PANTS!

had two clowns walk into our store yesterday with their pants down below their ass's. It was very hard to not grab their underwear and give them one hell of a wedgie.

Perhaps while he's in prison he'll learn that walking around with sagging pants is a sign to other inmates that he desires anal intercourse. Either he cinches them up real quick or drops them further, who knows.

This is truly the very worst mode of dress that has been foisted on the public ever. Do these men (boys) actually think they look good in the oversized shorts with their butt sticking out? Some also wear tees that are oversized and look like tents too. How gulible people are to allow themselves to be sold such junk. It is very unpleasant to witness. I was in the shopping mall one day and two little boys in such a fashion were walking ahead of me. I thinking they were about 9 or 10 years old. What on earth were the parents thinking to buy them such clothing. I whispered to one of the boys, "I think you ought to know that your pants seem to be falling off." He just gave me a sheepish grin.

Showing up in court dressed like that is risking jail time. He was warned to pull up his pants and chose not to.
