Totally depends on the situation...........they already had to subdue him - it's quite possible he had been a real basket case and had flipped himself over on purpose thinking he'd have the upper hand - who knows?

I understand that sometimes cops need to taze dangerous criminals, but they could have at least dragged him face-upwards.

Having watched several videos where people were tased multiple times, I am wondering if they are physically unable to comply with putting their hands behind their back after the initial tasing...and the officers keep tasing because they aren't complying.

Obviously the man was doing something wrong and I do understand that often the police become frustrated with people. I don't think the multiple tasings were necessary as he kept saying, "I give up..." over and over. Which I have seen in other videos and why I asked the question above. Nor do I think they needed to drag him, face down across the floor.
