I would hope he was arrested. Julia wasn't arrested last week with her threating Romney. Now the ones that have threatened Obama were arrested right away.
About damned time they started taking threats against him seriously. ( Free speech is saying I don't like him and don't intend to vote for him, this is a threat against his life, would you want someone saying it about you? )
Big brother is all over the place, when you write and make comments people take notice. I just wonder how long will it take for facebook users to recognize that as being truth! You can't always put your thoughts in writing.

There still free speech, you can say anything you want, just dont, text it, tweet it, facebook it, type it, or say it out loud, dont write a book about it and dont give a police officer the finger. Other than that you are good to go. The tone of your voice or if you raise it can be used against you in a court of law, and I think you can get in trouble for intimidating looks, what ever that means. Farts is a no no too, I gotta find the new clip on that one. So I found to close my eyes, ducktape my mouth and cork my butt, a person will be fine. Then get called an ass for being stuck up. LOL
charge him .. prosecute and let it cool its heels in a cell for uttering a threat ..
Problem is, we are loosing all of our freedoms because of fear. Were punishment befitting of the crimes, we wouldn't have to worry so much.
What about the lady at the DNC who said she would like to kill him? Any arrest there?
