Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 9th grade Malibu High School student Dionne Evans went to cops in the last few days, claiming her teacher slapped her 6 times in the face because Dionne didn't bring her notebook to school on May 22, as the teacher had required.

She should have lost her job. What gives an educator the right to slap a student repeatedly for forgetting a notebook? It isn't like the student attacked the teacher or another student. It was not like this girl brought a weapon to class. She forgot a notebook, in what reality does that make it okay to touch the student in any way?

Aaaahaha, while I do not condone what she did, sometimes ya just feel like grabbing a teen or tween and slapping a little sense into them.
