it is one way that parents can help protect their children
(As long as they know and have access/insight into their children's FaceBook Accounts .. )
Where the problem comes in ..
is with the Sex Offenders that are released on Probation .. don't bother with the terms, and just disappear ..
(they are the true monsters around .. for by the fact that they disappear .. there's a high chance they are going to potentially prey once again .. and potentially in a more horrific way).
help parents and kids stay away from them
Is this just empty rhetoric, or do you have anything to support your asertion?
