Louis Farrakhan Blames the Jews and Warns President Obama : Should Obama Rebuke Farrakhan?

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan supported his “brother and my friend” Moammar Gaddafi despite Gaddafi's killing of over 1,000 peaceful protesters.

Louis Farrakhan warned President Obama not to use military force against the Libyan dictator. “President Obama, if you allow the Zionists to push you, to mount a military offensive against Gaddafi and you go in and kill him and his sons, as you did with Saddam Hussein and his sons... I’m warning you this is a Libyan problem, let the Libyans solve their problem among themselves.”

Louis Farrakhan blamed -- you guessed it -- Jews and Zionists for “trying to push the US into war” and that “Zionists dominate the US government and banks.” Farrakhan made these comments in Obama's second hometown, Chicago, Illinois at the Nation of Islam’s annual meeting.

Farrakhan has a history of hating and blaming the Jews. The British government has banned Farrakhan from visiting England since 1986 because of his anti-Semitism and racism. Farrakhan dismisses the accusations with this attack: “Some of you think that I’m just somebody who’s got something out for the Jewish people. You’re stupid!"

Farrakhan defended the Libyan leader despite Farrakhan's close ties with President Obama. Farrakhan lives within a few blocks of President Obama's residence. They live so close that the US Secret Service and Farrakhan's private Nation of Islam security force had a standoff.

President Obama has mounting pressure from his supporters to not intervene in Libya. Democrats don't want another "war for oil" and his Muslim friends don't want America interfering in the region. But the pressure to intervene will continue to mount as gas prices rise past $4 per gallon and a full-fledged civil war breaks out in Libya.

Only a few months ago, Obama urged Americans to use "words that heal, not wound." He blamed the high level of vitriol for the violence that claimed six lives during the assassination attempt on Congresswoman Giffords.

Now Obama should take a stand against this merchant of hate, Louis Farrakhan. Obama should denounce Farrakhan's rhetoric as anti-Semitic.

Obama hasn't had a problem rebuking others in the past. Obama criticized Israel for building homes for its citizens. Obama "regrettably" vetoed a resolution in the United Nations proposed by the Islamic bloc that would condemn Israel. Obama used a sharp tongue American citizens like Joe the Plumber and the Sgt. James Crowley of the Harvard University Police.

It should worry Americans that Obama can quickly attack our allies but has a hard time criticizing Farrakhan and disowning his spiritual leader, Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Both of these anti-Semites hate America and believe in black theology.

I just want to know what any Jew ever did to Farrakhan anyways. What's his problem?

I thought he was on his death bed a few years back.

The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan speaks 100% Truth. Everyone who Posted and accusing the Minister of being anti-Semite and Racist haven't heard the Greatest Man Alive speak about LOVE, TRUTH, JUSTICE and EQUALITY. The Media Controls America easily and tells you what they want you to believe.

Louis Farrakhan does not warrant the credibility that would result from a response by the POTUS. The Office of the POTUS ought to be focused on more pressing matters.

Farrakhan speaks and promotes nothing but hate and intolerance. The POTUS should not support such actions and condone the rhetoric and hate speech Farrakhan advocates.

Kalipso Loui needs to be shipped out to Gaddafi land. I'm sure Obamaow agrees with him so I don't see any rebuke coming from him. While we're at it we need to send Obamaow to Gaddafi land too. They need some new blood out there. He would be a great leader out there. He already hates America

I agree with him on the fact that its Libyans problem, but not on the stupid comment about its the Jewish peoples fault. Just like the Westboro Baptist Church was able to when the case of harassment on their right of speech, so should he. Doesn't excuse him for making a idiot remark though.

What a self serving mindless twit. The one thing you can say about the Jews is that if they wanted to remove Gaddafi they would just go ahead and do it. Politically they don't seem big on subterfuge.

Farrakhan, aka as Calypso Louie, in his few rational moments is most likely a Liberal Democrat, also
a "born again" muslim, you draw your own conclusions.

Since when does the rantings of a irrelevant madman merit a response from the President of the United States? Better yet, why do you folks even ask if the President should respond to it?

Exactly what I was going to post, but looked through the thread to see if anyone had previously made that observation. Since this President tends to respond to things totally beneath the dignity of the office, BO seems to not be too concerned with dignity

Since Farrakhan the black racist anti-semite sent this sick message to Obama,
in a normal America, Obama would indeed rebuke Farrakhan... and refer the message of hate and anti-semitism to the appropriate courts to be prosecuted as hate speech.
But... since Hussein Obama also acts as if he too is a black, racist anti-semite...
probably nothing wil happen. Obama and Farrakhan both deserve a nice long stay in a shared cell in Gitmo. Push Rev. Jeremiah Wright in with them. Note: Rev = Revolting in this case.

Obama's Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Ayers, and many other of O's friends think Farrakan is a wonderful leader. Whch make it clear that Obama probably wouldnt say a word against him.

Obama would reaather condem the Tea Party as RAcist in his latest speedh, than condem a Muslim.

If he truly wants us to believe he has the US interest at heart he doesnt have a choice. To show the world islam and the belief one religion is better than the others the way is he would bring the whole idea of religious freedom to halt. Islam shows no respect for anything other than themselves.

Whack jobs say crazy stuff everyday. Why should the American President diminish the position by running around rebuking every one? Is it because he's black?

It would be nice if obama were to rebuke farrakhan just so, at least outwardly, they didn't seem to be on the same page with this... If farrakhan were conservative/republican I am quite sure obama could find the time in his busy social calendar to rebuke him on this!

I can't agree. Like it or not its he's the POTUS and that's an office, not a person. That office cannot stoop to this level just because they're both black.

I said nothing about either of their skin tones. Quiet frankly I couldn't care less. I just wish we had someone with conservative values in the White House no matter what his/her color! Judging by your repeated references to race, you are the one who's hung up on the race issue!

Anyone familiar with Farrakhan knows about his hate speech. I don't see the benefit of giving him the publicity that any mention by the President would provide. Normal Americans already condemn Farrakhan, and Farrakhan's supporters wouldn't be swayed by anything the President has to say anyway.
