there are more.... having a moment of senility.... ill get back to ya ...; ))
1) Would not abolish the Fed. He would instead launch the very difficult campaign of getting the American people to quit accepting their fractional-reserve loans and using their Federal Reserve Notes as "money". If the public changes their habits and thinking, the Fed will just close its doors due to lack of business and its member banks and their employees (hopefully) find honest work.
2) Would not seek to change any of the drug laws. Instead, I would launch a massive education campaign to the intent of informing jurors that it is OK to find innocence if you think the law is unconstitutional, that the LAW is on trial in every court room in America equally with the breaking of said law, EVERY TIME a case is tried. This goes WAY further than just drugs though, it would effectively annul the majority of unconstitutional laws, and force lawmakers to remove these laws of their own accord (due to wasted money for unprosecutable "crimes" and public outcry) and obey the will of the people... See, that it how the REAL will of the people becomes the law of the land, not with "democracy" at the ballot box. It begins and ends in the JURY box.

3) Would launch a massive public education campaign on the way terms like "person", "natural person", "individual", "employed", "self-employed", "U.S. citizen", "income", source", etc., etc., are used in statutory law, and which are used in such a way as to narrowly pass constitutional muster, while in practice can and ARE misapplied to the majority of Americans to their great destruction.
If I could change even the MOOD of the country by my pushing of these three points, even a LITTLE, there would be sweeping change like no one has heretofore seen...
I would close government down...
