Some Americans are pro-life, some are pro-choice. There is a disagreement about the ethical question of abortion. Regardless of where a person falls on the abortion issue, damaging the environment is not a good idea. What's your point - that if a person is pro-choice they have no right to be pro-environment? That makes no sense.

What makes NO sense is a person will camp outside a forest with a boyfriend to save a tree and that same person will get an abortion in a few months because of stupidity to get pregnant.

As I said, people disagree on the ethics of abortion. That doesn't mean they can't support the environment.

This is EXACTLY what I'm talking about. To liberals it's ok to think one can save a tree one day yet murder a baby the next.

I'm sure that your sense is extraordinarily common. People that are pro-choice don't share your opinion that abortion is murdering a baby. They view it as terminating a pregnancy. That's the first thing that you need to know, the argument isn't defined by your terms.

A person isn't necessarily stupid just because they disagree with you. Reasonable and intelligent people can disagree. There are those who have studied the ethics if abortion, from many points of view, that are pro-choice.

No one is pro-abortion. I've always viewed the argument as a women's issue, given that women are the ones who face the ordeal. It's not my right to tell a woman what she can or can't do with her body. ,

That's correct, but I don't think you understand. I may feel that it's immoral to avoid paying taxes by finding a loop hole, but that doesn't mean I judge those who do. Likewise, I may not believe in abortion, but, again, I have no desire to impose my personal belief system on others.

Why is that so hard for you to understand? You seem to believe I've been inconsistent; not so. You simply don't understand my point.
