HOW does one expect to be able to react to changes in the marketplace ..
to do basic research and development as well ..
re-tool .. retrain one's employees ..
retain jobs .. for those that wish to excel?

then spiral down to loss of jobs/business base .. marketplace as time goes forwards ..
for withOUT reinvesting in the business itself ..

While I served in the military and then later as an instructor in school; I have observed that many folk attend and leave just as they arrived, with just the basic of information, they entertain themselves and do not read and learn and exercise their minds! In the USAF, due to the field I was in on the entire forces, there were just three of us chosen for this assignment and when we reached our first and we three went to separate locations within a building that was within another building or 'vault' and I did not care much to being a 'shut-inn' and what we had to handle, ten months was too long! During that time, we were fortunate not to get into a war using those weapons that was a word tossed about and they not know what energy could have been and would had been released to hurt a whole heap of folks... After 1967, they are many time more then what they dropped over Hiroshima and Nagasaki...Many time over! In the mind above comes the energy, but look pass the mind and see what is behind it?
