Ladies: Are You Ready to Pick Up Your Draft Card?

I believed this in the 1950's when my male friends faced the Draft. Graduate schools were FULL of young men extending 2S deferments.

I think we should have universal military training after h.s. for able-bodied men and women.

Of course, I think we should adopt Israel's airport checking techniques too.

If it comes to the point where they need to draft 67-year old women, we're in bigger trouble than we think.

This is one thing that I believe the Feminist types never really thought of when demanding their equal rights in the military. Want to be equal sweethearts then you too have to register. Also there is another aspect that they have not even realized, and it is one they really should have thought about. This means that females can no longer refuse to enter a zone of conflict since they are now classified as front end troops. They will be under the same rules under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which has very hard penalties for desertion under fire, or refusing to enter into combat. So far the one who have refused to drive through potential fire zones have got off not following orders, because they were not classified as front line, but as non-combatants. This now changes and no matter the MOS they are all front line troops. You have come a long way baby.

Sometimes, they have to understand: they get what they ask for.

I don't believe we will ever see women involved in a draft.

It is time for women to give up their limbs and bodies to the liberal progressive war mongers in government. It is time for women to become cannon fodder. It is time for women to be horribly disfigured and mentally damages to satisfy the liberal progressive socialist blood lust. Go with my blessing and volunteer. BUT FIRST GO TO A VA HOSPITAL AND SEE WHAT WAR DOES TO THE HUMAN BODY AND SOUL.

I'm quite certain there's a midget out there that can outshoot, outrun, and outfight me, and would watch my back.

I'm not telling my stories of the army women I had to deal with. Geez. I don't even want to remember them.

I'm against the draft period. I believe it is unlawful and unnecessary. If a war is worth fighting then you won't need to draft people, they'll come of their own accord. The draft asserts that your life is not your own. Unlike most people I talk to I have nothing against draft dodgers and understand why they did it.

I must have missed something. Has the US government proposed to draft all women into the military?
