Again, another loser conservative, not knowing anything about governmental law, and the president's right to proclaim an Executive Order.

Every president since the 1930s has had the same privilege to make an Executive Order, for anything they want.

Bush had a total of 171 in his first term; Obama has had 127 so far in his first term.

It's one of the perks of the office.

Conservatives didn't seem to mind it when Bush made his EOs, did they?

And the funny about it is Romney even supports the policy, just not the way it was done. Also look up Marco Rubio...he proposed a very similar plan.

You don't like it?

Take it up with Congress...LOL!!

Any President can do what Obama did, for whatever purpose they see fit.

Bush made an EO temporarily (2 years) stopping any federal funding for stem cell research...a lot of people didn't like it. But it was his choice. Even Nancy Reagan was for federal funding of stem cell research.

Obama...he decided to stop the deportation process of certain illegals for 2 years...many conservatives don't like that, either.

What do you do?

You live with it, as Congress can't do a thing about it...it's not unconstitutional, it's not illegal, and no one can change it except for a future president (after the 2-year period is up).

If Romney gets lucky and is elected, and he wants to delete it, he can...on June 16, 2014.

Stem cell research is a completely different issue. That was new science that really had no governing laws per se. According to the immigration laws, you may let an individual stay but not enact a blanket law, thus rewriting what is already in place.
