Seizure of private property by the government (Repugnicunt Senate) is unconstitutional.. But I suppose conservatives think it's okay when they shit on people's freedoms! Fascism is GOP oriented!!!

Fifth Amendment says otherwise: "nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation". I'm not much of a fan of eminent domain but it has been legal in this country since its inception.

There are exceptions to it in which it is legal for the government to 'seize' property.

So how would you suggest we move the gas, in trucks which use highways which took people's lands, by railroad which stole people's land for their right of way or should we put it on rockets and shoot them across the sky from Canada to the Gulf. Some people are just too stupid to give their opinions.
