KIEFER Sutherland "fell on his sword" and made a plea deal with prosecutors this week in order to have some control over his jail sentence - and spare "24." so says the New York Post. This is Mr. Sutherland's 4th arrest for driving impaired, the first in 89 had a couple of gun charges attached that were dismissed. He was on 60 months probation for a similar arrest in 2004 when he was arrested in September. Treated like any "average" citizen?

If that was me or you, we'd be serving years in prison. This is bogus, and it pisses me off. I don't care how many people watch his stupid show. Laws are laws for a reason, and they should apply to EVERYONE.

He got 48 days in jail. I know guys that have more than four with almost no time in jail. I have to say, he should have got a better lawyer. But, yes I think that was a fair judgement.

Now you make me regret my vote. I thought I knew the answer to this. I bow to you.

No need to bow. Kissing my ring should suffice.
