Why are they making such a big deal over this? He is not the first celebrity to get mad at a photographer and besides the guy was most likely right in his face. I don't blame him abit. There is always someone out there trying to bring the 'good' people down. It makes me sick.

He's a celebrity though. His ass ain't going to jail.
If anything he'll spend like, one night in jail and then be let out and have to do 100 hours of community service or something.

It will never happen. Just give the guy 100 hours of community service and make him pick up trash on the highway. Get a film crew out there to show this icon of clebu-worship being put in his place. Maybe he'll think twice next time and not turn into the next Robert Blake or OJ Simpson .... someone who thinks they are above the law.
