Justice Dept Refuses to Prosecute Holder over Gun Scandal

BARRY0619 2012/06/30 13:06:11

The Justice Department said on Friday it would not prosecute Attorney
General Eric Holder for refusing to turn over to Congress documents
about a gun-running scandal to Mexico.

Holder, who heads the Justice Department, was cited on Thursday for
contempt of Congress by the Republican-led House of Representatives. The
mostly partisan vote of 255-67 marked the first time a sitting attorney
general and presidential cabinet member was cited for contempt by the
full House. More than 100 Democrats walked out in protest and refused to
vote.

For the Justice Department to pretend to try any of it's own would be a clear conflict of interest. Congress will appoint a special prosecutor, end of this joke.

Nixon didn't get away with it in the 1970's and Holder & 0bie wont get away with it now.

If the Dept. of Just-Us refuses to appoint a special prosecutor, the House Judiciary Committee will.

Face it, our WH, entire cabinet and secretaries of various departments & agencies have been infiltrated by domestic terrorists and the ONLY way to stop this is to cut the head off the snake. dick head

No surprise there. The Obama administration pick and choose which laws / rules they will uphold. America has the most corrupt/ evil government in American history right now and they are NOT going to change. In fact, they want to move if "forward".

Yeah that's not too surprising; corruption within the last few administrations has been rather disgusting and probably something that runs deeper and wider than a lot of us even think; I'm not quite sure how to deal with that issue beyond paying attention to local politics so that we at least have decent people fighting for us.
