Just who is eligible to be President of the United States of America?

14th Amendment.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.


Article I.

Section II.

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.

Section III.

No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.

Article II.

Section I.

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.


The 14th Amendment only defines who a citizen is, it does not define who a natural born citizen is.

Hence, All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are eligible to be a Representative or a Senator but only a natural born citizen is eligible to be President.

Who is a natural born citizen?

We know the Framers inserted the natural born citizen clause into the Constitution because they feared foreign influence and did not want anyone with divided allegiance becoming President of the U.S. .

We know at birth Obama was born a Dual National.

We know the the U.S. Dept of State defines a Dual National as person who has divided allegiance.

Logic tell us to be born a natural born citizen you must be born with sole allegiance to the U.S. .


Obama is not the President he is only Usurping the Presidency.
