Just suppose SCOTUS declares OBAMA CARE unconstitutional, and OBAMA writes a PRESIDENTIAL DICTAT legalising OBAMA CARE, what will these ineffectual congress do about it?

Hey don't say he can't do that, he already did it with immigration, and congress did absolutely nothing about it. What makes you think this ineffectual congress will do something about what this would be dictator does?

    His Immigration action was to not enforce existing laws. He can't implement Obamacare if it is struck down.

    The federal Court will stop Obama on his giving work permits,etc to those illegal aliens,no matter what Congress does,the Court will shut Dictator Obama down in the end.

    Congress is pressing on legally on immigration. They would press on legally on Obamacare.

    They can't shoot Obama. They can only use legal measure but that takes time.

    BTW, Republicans only control the House. Reid supports Obama.

    Republicans in the House passed serveral bills to delete Obamacare. Reid didn't bring them up in the Senate. Therefore, Reid killed them without a vote.

    I try not to hear him speak but the SOB spends more time in front of the microphone than Mick Jagger.

    He sounds like what he is when he speaks, an arrogant narcissist. I don't understand why some people think he is a great speaker. He yells and shouts most of the time, people who do that do it when they demand the attention they think they're not getting. He sounds like a street punk who has been fed nickle and dime words.

    We have to git rid of him. Besides I've been saving a nice bottle of the bubbly wine for that day, I want to see how it tastes.

    Let's face it, we have an ineffectual congress, and they are scared to death of what this would be dictator will do next. They have no stomach for a head to head fight with this MONARCH.

    There is only so much people can take, I wonder how far can the people of America be pushed. 2nd Amendment, aren't we all armed to our teeth? If so for what purpose?

    It's not like damned Castro who on his 2nd day sent out the militia with a gun registration list to collect them all and disarmed the entire island. I'm too fecking old to run and too fecking old to fall into a dictatorship and accept it.

    They did just that right after KATRINA. They sent their deputies to collect all registered guns in New Orleans. Why, you ask? Because they could, that's why.
