Judge Sides with Florida on Illegal Voter Purge

Obama’s Department of Justice and Homeland Security are trying desperately to prevent Florida from ensuring those who vote can do so legally. And the DOJ is losing, and Florida winning its fight to protect itself.

A federal judge has refused to stop Florida from removing potentially non-U.S. citizens from its rolls.

The U.S. Department of Justice sued the state to halt the purge, arguing it was going on too close to a federal election.

U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle said Wednesday that there was nothing in federal voting laws that prevent the state from identifying non-U.S. citizens even if it comes less than 90 days before the Aug. 14 election.

This is quite a smack-down for Obama. And it comes less than a day before the Supreme Court decision on his key piece of legislation, government mandated health care.

Anyone else noticing the following trend in Obama’s government?

If it’s illegal, protect it. If it’s legal, attack it.

    So far Florida has found 86 non citizen registered to vote which have voted in the past. When they finally get the accurate non citizen registration from the fed that number will drastically increase.

    Eric Holder looks like he's pondering the question of how many New Black Panther Party thugs will he need to deploy to the polls to offset the impact of states like Florida ridding the rolls of illegitimate voters.

    I bet there are many more states that need to do the same thing as Florida and get rid of all the noncitizens that are on their voting rolls. This is a good ruling for the citizens of Florida and for America as a whole.
