Good for McCain i guess he sees the writing on the walls and it is telling him that the American people are tired of the tea-party politics.

What I can't figure out is why McCain didn't display this level of intelligence or clarity when he was running for president? He could have had it all. At least he could have... until he chose Caribou Barbie as his running mate, that is.

its simple McCain and those who have been DC long enough, know when the public is about to change their mind, and this is one of them. If you follow McCain's career within the last 4 years, you can see how he properly gauged the American people and why he is still in office. He knew the American public and this is exactly why he is still in office.

At least McCain has a little miniscule bit a integrity left. But almost none.

So "his record will stand and speak for itself" Sounds like a back handed slap across the face of Romney to me. His primary goal was to make money not jobs. In the WH you have to be concerned with NOT MAKING MONEY but BE SURE THERE ARE JOBS BEING CREATED>

    Romney's a joke.

Old Mccain is a sore loser no matter who it is. He bashed Romney during the 2008 primary even on his way to winning it, and now is envious that Romney has a shot, plus he has been bashing Obama ever since his landslide loss to him.
