Yeah, Joe, SEALS are brave. Absolutely no doubt. Along with that attribute that you were never blessed with, they also have character, honor, integrity and intelligence. All foreign concepts to your addled mind so I thought to post the SEAL Creed for you. Maybe you'll get an idea of what a tragedy it is to lose one of these warriors because they're led by weak sisters like you and the Clown Prince Owebama.
(Quick note you may want to pass on to your worthless CIC, these men lead by example, not from behind).
United States Navy SEALs Creed
In times of war or uncertainty there is a special breed of warrior ready to answer our Nation’s call. A common man with uncommon desire to succeed. Forged by adversity, he stands alongside America’s finest special operations forces to serve his country, the American people, and protect their way of life. I am that man.
My Trident is a symbol of honor and heritage. Bestowed upon me by the heroes that have gone before, it embodies the trust of those I have sworn to protect. By wearing the Trident I accept the responsibility of my chosen profession and way of life. It is a...

My Trident is a symbol of honor and heritage. Bestowed upon me by the heroes that have gone before, it embodies the trust of those I have sworn to protect. By wearing the Trident I accept the responsibility of my chosen profession and way of life. It is a privilege that I must earn every day.
My loyalty to Country and Team is beyond reproach. I humbly serve as a guardian to my fellow Americans always ready to defend those who are unable to defend themselves. I do not advertise the nature of my work, nor seek recognition for my actions. I voluntarily accept the inherent hazards of my profession, placing the welfare and security of others before my own.
I serve with honor on and off the battlefield. The ability to control my emotions and my actions, regardless of circumstance, sets me apart from other men. Uncompromising integrity is my standard. My character and honor are steadfast. My word is my bond.
We expect to lead and be led. In the absence of orders I will take charge, lead my teammates and accomplish the mission. I lead by example in all situations.
I will never quit. I persevere and thrive on adversity. My Nation expects me to be physically harder and mentally stronger than my enemies. If knocked down, I will get back up, every time. I will draw on every remaining ounce of strength to protect my teammates and to accomplish our mission. I am never out of the fight.
We demand discipline. We expect innovation. The lives of my teammates and the success of our mission depend on me - my technical skill, tactical proficiency, and attention to detail. My training is never complete.
We train for war and fight to win. I stand ready to bring the full spectrum of combat power to bear in order to achieve my mission and the goals established by my country. The execution of my duties will be swift and violent when required yet guided by the very principles that I serve to defend.
Brave men have fought and died building the proud tradition and feared reputation that I am bound to uphold. In the worst of conditions, the legacy of my teammates steadies my resolve and silently guides my every deed. I will not fail.

OBAMA IS JUST AS BAD....REALLY BAD BEING A PRESIDENT..NO CLASS , NOT PRESIDENTIAL ......

for that matter there were 3 of them there.

By the way, in case you haven't noticed you made this poll one sided, in a feeble attempt at making sure you don't have to talk to anyone who doesn't agree with you on politics. Just pointing that out since no one else seemed to see that.
I'll even go further and tell you Bush was not one of my favorite Presidents; listening to him make a speech during his first term was, at times, physically painful the way he mangled the English language. Now that you have the back story, here we go.
I would venture to say that you, nor Lewis Black, have never served in the military so this exchange between the wounded warriors and Bush was at a level you will never understand. It goes by many names - camaraderie, gallows humor, absurd comparison, but it's all the same thing - the guy in the bed or on the rehab bars doesn't feel like a hero, doesn't see himself that way. He's scared, out of control of the situation and feels like he f#cked up and left his buds hanging in the wind. He's fighting ten times as hard as they are just to get a piece of his life back and still feels like he let his team down, especially if he made it and someone else didn't. "Hero"...

Bush acknowledged their courage and sacrifice without embarrassing them or sounding scripted or plastic by contrasting their sacrifice with a ridiculous, imaginary 'battle'. Black conveniently (for the sake of 'humor') left out the part where Bush emotionally, and heartfelt, thanked the soldiers for their service and their sacrifice. How do I know? Been there, done that, got the prosthetic.
Now, for the sitrep on reality. This isn't about Bush. It's about Obama and gross dereliction of duty. Bush took 7 minutes to leave the elementary school and assume command and control on 9/11/2001. The liberal media crucified him for it and still does to this day.
Obama had real-time video streaming from a drone overhead on his 9/11. He had direct communication established with the operators on the ground. Three times they requested combat intervention before being overrun, terminated and their bodies desecrated, mutilated and drug through the streets in a battle spanning over 7 hours. The Commander In Chief that likes to lead from behind never lifted a finger to help them. In fact, intervention was ordered to stand down three different times.
So where is the media outrage? Where is the armed military guard escorting Obama to the nearest military prison to face charges of cowardice, treason and dereliction? This country has never seen a worse, or more treacherous, President.
You're too young to remember Nixon. While he wasn't exactly a Thomas Jefferson he wasn't a Carter either. I lived through both administrations. He was a victim of Alinsky's 11th rule, a scapegoat for the left. Compared to Obama he was squeaky clean.
Romney may not be much better but he's the only viable option. Four more years of Obama and there won't be an America anymore.
LEFT IS RIGHT has an interesting video that puts forth a not-so-crazy theory out there concerning the Consulate attack. Give it a look and let me know what you think.
