I think the sentence was incomplete.
It should be completed as follows: "we will see unemployment grow weeks and months and years to come, if I will still stay in the Office."
Biden also didn't decipher what the alleged 3.5% of GDP growth consists of.
Those 3.5% - if to believe the number is not a fake, as this administration keeps producing - are not related to private businesses: it's all the artifical "steroid" injected by the Marxist-Maoist government. To cover up their actual goal: destroying American Capitalism.
Maybe I just went too often with my kids to the circus in Moscow, but Biden always reminds me a jester in circus. But when he became famous for plagiarism, I wrote and sent him (of course, it was not delivered) this:

Just learn one trick, and you'll stem all onslaughts.
You understand? Let say, you have to quote.
Don't mention it! Say something in reverse:
"Sir Kinnock happily expressed my thought,"
And then just quote. It's simple, nice, and terse.
This may be the first bit of truth that has come out of this administration.
