    Call me Mark willya?
Didn't he get booed at this? I H8 to say it, but although I agree with how they're voting, I don't agree with why they're going to vote that way. MANY MANY blacks as well as a lot of whites and Hispanics are going to be voting for Obama this year for the same reason they did last time, either because A: he's black or B: he's NOT white. Ladies and gentlemen I give you racism at it's finest. However, that being said, IF I were going to vote, I'd vote for Obama.

Oh my gosh how stupid that someone had to cut a piece that video taping the way they did, I really doubt that was all the correct feed for his trip and speak to the NAACP group of people. Romney is not so hard up that he thought he had to go there, but it takes a strong person, like him, to go this sort of function and address what he will do as president. Good for him, point made.

Hysterical!!! Mitt keeps repeating what his father believed. Mitt doesn't believe the same way at all! He could care about the poor, African American, Hispanic, or middle class! I love Jimmy Kimmel!

I think it was very brave of him to go to this racist organization..Obama would never speak in front of a group that he did not know favored him.

Romeny is ten times the politician and man that obama will ever be.

And these NAACP fools.. nothing but racists!

Kimmel is an a sshole! Just another bought and paid for entertainer.. too stupid to know what he's sayng.. and not funny!

The first rule of public speaking is to know your audience, so I am suspect of his motives for eliciting the boos. He is playing his race card to be broaden his support base.

He hasn't learned the simple way to talk to people. He said things during the speech about the crime rate of African Americans that offended many of the listeners. DUH! His speech writers had to be white supremacists!!! You have to know your audience. He is a business man not a politician. That is why in his home state they dislike him. I worry that if he got elected he would offend ever foreign country out there and we'd be attacked on the home front again. At least Obama knows how to sweet talk heads of countries in an intelligent fashion. This man is always putting his foot in his mouth. He is not the man for me. You ned a President who can think on his feet and that is not Romney's talent.

It isn't what you say it is HOW you say it. Nobody wants lies, but you can speak about issues happening in any community that need improvement without insulting people.
As a teacher, when I have a student who is doing poorly in class. The very first thing I do is let the parents of the child in question know that I care about their kid. I tell them something really special about their child because all children have some unique quality that is endearing. ( A sense of humor, kindness to others, a good artist, a good athlete, great smile, helpful to the teacher, whatever it is.) I let them know that I am tuned into the needs of their student and that I care and want to help their child. THEN when I tell them we need to work on something such as math scores they listen, don't fight with me, and don't get offended because they understand that not only is my heart in the right place, but that I truly care about the needs of their child and will work my behind off to help him or her. Romney needs to understand that he is not coming off as sincere, but instead removed or acting like an elitist. You can tell people what they need to hear but you have to present it in a way to make them understand that you are not their enemy, but want to help. He and his speech writers are so f...

He and his speech writers are so far removed that they don't even know how to do that. THAT is the problem. Maybe his heart is in the right place, but what comes out of his mouth doesn't sound like it. That speech will be a good lesson for him because I guarantee you that the next time speaks to another minority he will develop a more tactful way to say he wants to improve their situation.

Obama has addressed that issue many times. He has visited schools in my area, South Florida, and talked to kids, parents, teachers, the NAACP, and other organizations and addressed the problems in the suffering communities dozens of times.. You are incorrect. You can dislike him if you care to, but at least address real issues. As a teacher for 36 years, I can tell you what each President has done in my state to help students achieve. Obama has been one of the best in that dept. He has made a point of working with, and motivating students in the African American communities to finish school and to go to college. Obama has come to Florida countless times and worked in schools. In the previous administration it was Mrs. Bush who worked on these issues, which was lovely, but that didn't have the same impact as the actual President getting involved. So you are wrong on this front. And as a teacher I have to correct your spelling. You used the wrong form of Through. You wrote threw like in throwing a baseball. Perhaps Obama needs to come to your school too. But, yes, Romney did show up and courage isn't the issue. Black Americans are part of this country too. It shouldn't take courage to address ANY part of American society. The elderly, college students, Hispanic, African American Jewish, whatever... We are all citizens no matter what our race or religion is. THAT is Romeny's problem. He is out of touch with anyone who isn't white or rich.

I am sure he does support scools and Education, but that is not what I addressed. Obama has done nothing but blame others for the unemployment issues and provide lip service. The regulations him and his Czars have put into place with an end run around Congress and the fact that the Democratic Controled Senate has not passed a budget in over 3 years and keeps spending like drunken sailors (Sorry for insulting Sailors). This keeps businesses from hiring not to mention the future taxes companies and the middle class will be paying because of this Stupid Obamacare all rolled up to equal less jobs for people to work at after they are educated. In it shouldn't take courage to show up and speak then my point still stands why didn't Obama do it.
