It could also stand for 'Hallucination'. lol. :o)

Hallucination - a sensory experience of something that does not exist outside the mind, caused by various physical and mental disorders, or by reaction to certain toxic substances, and usually manifested as visual or auditory images. (dictionary.com)

Now when I got this poll as a share I knew I could really do a fair amount of typing on this one. Now no offence to anyone, but I'd like to analyze this one, maybe have a bit of fun with it.

Now it might depend on if the legends about Jesus have been substantiated, and whom was doing the naming of him, it all figures in to this equation. But having thumbed through the Webter's 1913 dictionary, H section, it gave me a few ideas. The H could have stood for anything from Hindu to Hobgoblin and any H-word in any language on the planet. I'm thinking probably ancient aremaic or hebrew but since I'm not fluent in those I went with english.

Now if J.C. was in fact a diety then middle names like this might apply:
Halo (ed), Heavenly. Head-Honcho, Halogenous, High-priest, Harlot-champion, Honorable, HonoredOne, Howbeit, Humanitarian, HolyOne, Hierarch, Hyperion, Humannow, -haha, and so on. Now my very favorite guess in the God category is:
    Heir-apparent-Hebraic-Himself.

Now if his middle name was strictly tied to his earthly family in nature then these might apply:
Half-brother, -(to M & J's other non diety kids), Handcraftsman, Handyman, Hammerman, Hammer-in-Hand, (all 4 related to the family carpentry biz)

Now I'm pretty certain that his middle name would NOT have been these:
    He...

Hellcat, Hellbrewed, Heathen, Hellish, Horrid. Horrible, Hellian, Heartless ,Heretical or Homely.

Now in a more relaxed category that has nothing to do with any of the catagories mentioned, H could stand for these:
Handsome, Harmless, Hypnotic, Hologram, (he could have been a projection from the aliens). I know I'm just being silly now.

Personally if I had to choose one I think he was:
    Jesus Himself Christ

*And for those who shall see my words as blasphemous and would want to have angry words with me in turn, just remember that Jesus would forgive me for getting a little cute and having some fun here. So don't yell at me, be like Jesus...

    and Jesus.
I don't get that. Moses made a HUGE deal about worshiping false idols, then somehow a rebel comes along with some good teachings and it's okay to take Judaism and add a 'false idol' to make a whole new religion. And nobody catches this atrocity?

I've always expanded it into Jesus Haploid Christ, given his putative siring by a non-physical entity and thus a lack of contribution of paternal chromosomes. I think this might've come from Heinlein, but I know I've used it for at least 20 years...

Absolutely. Jesus Hussein Christ's father made himself look like a Black Man from Kenya and of course his mother was a young white woman. Too bad Jesus Hussein's father married the poor girl. Finally, the truth is out.
