Jesse Jackson, Jr: Obama should declare ‘national emergency,’ create jobs without Congress. Is Jr. a chip off the old block or what? Should all federal politicians who refuse to follow the Constitution be removed from office?

Our last two presidents have destroyed this country with trillion dollar "emergency" wars and legislation. Thus far, none of it has yielded any positive results. They have simultaneously ruined every level of our tax base by shipping our manufacturing jobs overseas with their "free trade" agreements.

Of course, they break their oath. Jackson Jr. and his father are shakedown artists, but not for long.

Throwing out not only the primary premise of our government but the Constitution is definately a treasonous move. Looks like the Justice brother has raised a moron for a son.

Illinois seems to be a breeding nest for Commie-Socialists trying to subvert the Constitution: Jesse Brown, Sr. & Jr., Obama, Durbin, Gutierrez, etc.

One small cavil with the question: it's a compound question with different legitimate answers to different questions and, as such, should not be offered as a "Yes/No" question. As to the "Should all federal politicians who refuse to follow the Constitution be removed from office?" question, that'd be a good start. But we need an amendment to the eighth amendment proscription on "cruel and unusual punishment" carving out an exception for federal politicians (and bureaucraps) who violate, or even advocate violating, the Constitution. Then, after removal from office a sentence for their treason could be passed whereby they could be tarred, feathered and given lit matches to play with...
