What's a mood disorder? Ask Jesse Jackson Jr. According to his office, the Democratic Representative from Illinois is "receiving intensive medical treatment at a residential treatment facility for a mood disorder." But don't worry: he's "expected to make a full recovery."

Phrase sounds better than it is; major depressive disorder (MDD) commonly called clinical depression or major depression, and bipolar disorder (BD), formerly known as manic depression.
