Jerry Sandusky: The Wrong Kind Of Monster

I love the amazing atheist....Jerry Sandusky is a child molester thats not a good monster....

I'm so glad to see justice served.

Jerry Sandusky makes me vomit.! Young victims of pedophiles often grow up to be pedophiles, but not in all cases. Yet we have a parole system who puts pedophiles back on the streets. You cannot rehabilitate pedophiles. Those who really make me sick are Catholic priests who deliberately hide in the priesthood molesting young boys. There must be thousands of them the Vatican, and Catholic Churches have hidden for many years, many centuries. Why are they not in prisons.? If my sons were young boys I would fear them being in contact with priests these days.

It's hard for me to listen to much of anything that is at full crescendo for all eight and a half minutes. This guy makes some good points but, as usual, he could have made them in about a quarter of the time. I think that he mostly just likes to hear his own voice.

Somebody on the TV, as Sandusky was brought out of the courthouse said, he really doesn't look like he's all there. I noticed, that even though his wife was outside, he never looked her way. I'm worried how SHE will get along. Does she lose his retirement? With these civil suits looming over the horizon, will she lose her home and everything? Where will she go? Will she and her family, all change their names? There are more to this case than simply judging a man guilty on 72 counts of child abuse. By the way, why didn't SHE know what was going on? This case isn't over yet, folks...

He still doesn't believe he did anything wrong. I would lay odds that he himself was abused by a trusted person, at a time when there was no concept of pedophilia as a crime. In his mind he was kind and has been betrayed by those he "loved" most, when in fact he repeatedly assaulted young boys who were going through a difficult point in their lives and like a vulture picking the bones of a carcass he swooped in and taught them what he was taught. Those boys he abused will now need a life time of therapy, because I can promise, they will have the most screwed up sex life, if they are even able to bond at this stage, as Jerry made them all damaged goods.

I believe he always knew it was wrong! I feel its a total lack of regard and respect for children ,his family, their families and in his case the reputation of Penn State. Not all people that were molested as children become pedophilies! Pedophilia has been around since the begining of time. Thank God it's being exposed and talked about more and more,finnally! We need to encourage our children to expose these creeps. I have heard it said "We Are As Sick As our Secret's"

I agreed, not all become pedophile but many do, because they have had certain triggers set off during their being molested that did physical changes in the brain and body chemistry. This is scientifically proven already, but check it out for yourself if you doubt me.

It just goes to show that America is a sick society. What I can't figure out is why those boys kept going back to his house and seeing him so he could continue to abuse them. It just doesn't make sense.

The boys kept going back to his house because he also showered them with gifts. To a kid who has nothing that's a big thing. He seduced them in many other ways, aside from the sex.

Atheism is not a religion.

I believe that atheism is in fact a religion. People with shared concepts, a common lexicon and public declarations of their principles fueled by a zeal to persuade others of their correctness in thought and deed. Where they gather they reinforce each other's commitment to the cause. And they raise money to spread the word. Sounds like a religion to me! You do not need a God to form a religion.

you are absolutely wrong, to be a religion you need a GOD, think about it. all of the self professed religions worship a supernatural being they call GOD; IT IS THE PRIMARY AND BASIC REQUISITE of any and all religions!!!!

Since atheism is the lack of a belief in a deity, it is not a religion.

If we water down the word religion so much that Treckies, sports fans, and members of political parties and the local Mopar club can be called religious, then we need another word for practitioners of belief in the super natural. I think that watering the word down that much is just engaging in Orwellian Newspeak

why do you people keep saying athesim is a religion??? you may argue that atheist are wrong, you can call them a belief system, but they are NOT a religion.
